Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment or before the commencement of services, whichever is earlier.
Requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.
Once consultancy services, site visits, documentation work, or advisory services have been initiated, cancellation may not be applicable.
Eligible refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.
Any administrative, processing, or service charges incurred are non-refundable.
Payments made for services already rendered or partially completed
Consultancy fees once professional advice or documentation support has been provided
Payments involving third-party charges, statutory fees, or government-related costs
