Refund Policy
  • Eligible refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

  • Any administrative, processing, or service charges incurred are non-refundable.


Non-Refundable Cases
  • Payments made for services already rendered or partially completed

  • Consultancy fees once professional advice or documentation support has been provided

  • Payments involving third-party charges, statutory fees, or government-related costs
